Reception and customer service during the vehicle rental process
Preparation of rental contract and collection of necessary documents
Filing of documents in physical and electronic form
Effective implementation of the rental vehicle return process
Attract new clientele with direct bookings
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues under Station Manager’s guidance
2+ years experience in customer service, ideally in the rent a car industry
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
B category driving license
Ability to work flexible hours (6 days/week), including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of customer service acumen
